B. Hardware Design for Input and Output
The hardware designs and wiring very importance to this project because to show the output functional sequences using the CX-Programmer.
This project has eleven of input terminal button that switched from the physical switch of PLC. The input dia-grams consist of fourteen button and eleven output circuit also. For the connection of wiring, combined between the output terminal port from PLC and load circuit thoroughly the relays as the switching when the signal or programming running. Result and analysis part show the PLC addressing and example connection output or input diagram.
C. Software Design
1) IGSS SCADA software: IGSS software consists of a number of supporting programs, each with its own specific purpose. The programs are categorized into two main user types, which are system designers and operators [5]. In this project, there are two main programs used in developing and designing GUI for IGSS system. They are System Configu-ration and Definition.
System Configuration program acts as a backbone for overall SCADA system. Due to its function and purpose, the first step in developing the IGSS system is to run that pro-gram. Figure 4 shows an outline of the typical workflow of setting up a SCADA system.

Program
IGSS Definition is the main program used by the system designer. From this program, system designer can build a model of the monitored process by using process diagrams (mimic diagrams). In process plant, there are two types of physical components; analog devices and digital devices [6]. To enable the process diagrams to be active and functional in IGSS system, it must be connected between the IGSS and the physical components by specifying their unique PLC addresses [6]. Figure 5 show the work flow of designing GUI in definition.
